PHASE 1: The Optical Skin Prep (Arrives in 3-5 Business Days) Your Treatwave Snail Mucin Prep Serum is formulated and fulfilled by our US-based laboratory partners.

• Processing Time: 1-2 business days.

• Shipping Time: 3-5 business days via standard US domestic carriers.

• Why this arrives first: The protocol requires your dermal barrier to be heavily hydrated. Receiving your serum first allows you to begin prepping your skin's moisture barrier while your hardware is in transit.

PHASE 2: The Treatwave LED Hardware (Arrives in 7-10 Business Days) Your LED Wrap and digital controller are shipped directly from our dedicated manufacturing partners to ensure you receive the newest, fully calibrated batch of 660nm/850nm diodes without middleman markups.

• Processing Time: 2-3 business days.

• Shipping Time: 7-10 business days.

• Note: You will receive a separate tracking number for your hardware as soon as it leaves the facility.
