At Treatwave, we believe in radical transparency. We don't sell overnight miracles; we sell a clinical protocol that requires your consistency. Because real cellular change takes time, our guarantee is built around the actual biological lifecycle of collagen synthesis.

We back our hardware and our science 100%. If you put in the work and the protocol fails you, we will refund your device. But because we are a direct-to-consumer brand committed to keeping costs accessible, we have strict guidelines to protect against abuse so we can continue serving the women who rely on us.

Here is exactly how our policies work.

1. The 120-Day Dermal Protocol Guarantee (Results-Based Returns) We are confident in our 660nm/850nm technology. If you use the Treatwave wrap consistently and do not see visible improvements in your skin’s texture and density, you are protected by our 120-Day Protocol Guarantee.

To qualify for this performance-based refund, you must meet the following clinical criteria:

• The 60-Day Consistency Minimum: As noted in your Digital Protocol Guide, dermal collagen scaffolding requires a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks to weave and thicken. Therefore, guarantee claims cannot be submitted until you have used the device for at least 60 consecutive days from the date of delivery.

• The Photo Baseline: You must take a clear, well-lit "Before" photo of your treatment area on Day 1, and an "After" photo after Day 60. These timestamps prove you gave the protocol the required time to work.

• The Claim Window: You have between Day 60 and Day 120 to submit your Before/After photos to our clinical support team to initiate the return.

Note: If you submit a performance-based return request before 60 days, our team will gently ask you to continue the protocol until the biological timeline is met.

2. The Consumables & Hygiene Clause (Protecting Your Safety) For strict health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened topical or ingestible products. * If you return your Treatwave bundle under the 120-Day Guarantee, the full retail value of the Snail Mucin Prep Serum ($29.00) will be deducted from your total refund amount.

• Any additional consumables purchased (Shea Butter, Collagen Peptides) are strictly non-refundable once the tamper-evident seal is broken.

3. Standard 30-Day Returns (Change of Mind / Unopened) If your Treatwave package arrives and you simply change your mind before starting the protocol, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

• The Treatwave Wrap box must be unopened, with the original factory seals completely intact.

• If the factory seal on the hardware box is broken, the device is considered "used" and defaults to the 120-Day Protocol Guarantee requirements above.

4. Warranty & Defective Hardware If your Treatwave Wrap, controller, or power cable arrives damaged, or suffers a manufacturer defect within the first 12 months, we will replace the defective component entirely at our expense. Just email us a quick video showing the defect, and we will dispatch a replacement immediately.

5. Return Shipping & Restocking To initiate a return, email our team at support@treatwave.co with your order number.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping labels.

• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot issue refunds for items lost in the mail on their way back to our facility.

• All hardware returns must include the Wrap, the digital controller, the power cable, and the original packaging. Missing components will result in a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund.

Our team reviews all claims within 2-3 business days. Once your return is received and inspected at our US facility, your approved refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
